CHRISTOPHER C. JOHNSON AND BRIDGET E. MCNAMEE WERE RECENTLY PROMOTED WITHIN THE FIRM

Johnson Jackson PLLC is pleased to announce today the promotions of two of its attorneys.  Christopher C. Johnson has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner with the firm.  Bridget E. McNamee has been promoted from Senior Associate to Of Counsel with the firm.

Christopher C. Johnson joined Johnson Jackson PLLC when the firm was established in 2017.  In his new elevated role, he will continue to defend local and national employers in litigation and administrative proceedings arising from the employment relationship, and advise clients in the prevention of litigation with a focus on preparing and revising clients’ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the ever-changing legal requirements facing employers.  Johnson graduated from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  He currently serves on the Executive Council of the Solo & Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar, is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division Law-Related Education & Law Week Committee, serves on the Wedges for Wishes Committee for Make-A-Wish of Southern Florida, and is an active Professional Partner for Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. 

Bridget E. McNamee has also worked at Johnson Jackson PLLC since the firm’s inception in 2017.  She will continue to represent employers across a variety of industries in her new elevated role, including hospitality, healthcare, and retail, in the prevention and defense of employment-related claims.  McNamee received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law.  She is a regular presenter on employment law issues and volunteers for an array professional and nonprofit organizations, through which she has held various leadership roles.  Among those, McNamee currently serves on the Board of Directors for Voices for Children of Tampa Bay, is an Attorney ad Litem with Crossroads for Florida Kids, and a Mentor and volunteer with the Federal Bar Association Tampa Bay Chapter and Hillsborough Association of Woman Lawyers.
